This Privacy Policy explains how Ryse Cloud Pte. Ltd. (“Ryse Cloud”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit rysecloud.com (the “Site”).

This Policy applies to data collected through the Site itself — including our contact form, demo request form, newsletter signup, and any other means by which you interact with us as a visitor or prospective customer. It does not govern data processed through the Ryse Cloud platform at ryse.today (which is covered by our Platform Privacy Policy) or through hotel gift storefronts operating under the Ryse system. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) ("PDPA"). Where we interact with individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR as applicable. 4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data only for the purposes set out below, and only where we have a lawful basis to do so.

5. CRM and Lead Management
Where you submit an enquiry or request a demo, your details are recorded in HubSpot, our CRM system, operated by HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data only on our instructions. Your data in HubSpot is used to manage our sales and customer relationship processes. We may enrich your contact record in HubSpot with publicly available professional information (such as your LinkedIn profile or company details) where this is relevant to our business relationship. Data stored in HubSpot is retained in accordance with Section 9 of this Policy.
6. Marketing Communications
Where you have opted in to marketing at the time of submitting an enquiry or signing up to our newsletter, we may send you: • Product updates, new feature announcements, and case studies • Industry news and editorial content relevant to hospitality technology • Invitations to events, webinars, or product demonstrations You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by: • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email; or • Emailing us at privacy@rysecloud.com We will process your request within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Sharing Your Personal Data
We share your personal data only where necessary and only with parties bound by appropriate data protection obligations. 7.1 Service providers (processors) We engage third-party service providers to help us operate the Site and manage our business. These include: • HubSpot, Inc. — CRM and lead management • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form processing • Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics) — Site usage analytics • Email service providers — sending transactional and marketing communications All service providers are engaged under appropriate data processing terms and are permitted to process your data only for the purposes we specify. 7.2 Professional advisors We may share data with our lawyers, accountants, or insurers where necessary to obtain professional advice or to manage legal proceedings. 7.3 Law enforcement and regulators We may disclose personal data to courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ryse Cloud, our customers, or others. 7.4 Business transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Ryse Cloud's business or assets, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection commitments. We will notify you of any such transfer. We do not sell your personal data.

Ryse Cloud is incorporated in Singapore. Some of our service providers are located in other jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as: • Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner's Office; or • Transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection For transfers involving Singapore personal data, we comply with the PDPA's data transfer obligations, including ensuring recipient organisations provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure, or alteration. These measures include: • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) • Access controls restricting data access to those with a legitimate need • Regular review of our security practices No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Rights

EEA and UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR by contacting us at the same address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your national data protection authority (EEA). We will respond to all requests within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before proceeding.
13. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this Site, please contact us at privacy@rysecloud.com and we will delete it promptly.
