Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 March 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ryse Cloud Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you visit our website or use our services. Please read it carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

Ryse Cloud Pte Ltd ("Ryse", "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated in Singapore. We operate the Ryse digital gifting platform for hotel chains and related services accessible at rysecloud.com and its subdomains (the "Platform"). For questions about this policy, contact us at hello@rysecloud.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data in two ways: Information you provide directly • Contact and enquiry forms: name, work email address, company name, and message content. • Demo requests: name, work email, hotel or chain name, and number of properties. • Account registration (hotel partners): name, email, role, and billing contact details. Information collected automatically • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URLs, and browser/device type collected via cookies and similar technologies. • Log data: IP address, request timestamps, and error logs collected by our hosting infrastructure. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through this website.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: • Respond to enquiries and provide the services you request. • Set up and manage hotel partner accounts on the Platform. • Send transactional communications (account confirmations, service updates). • Send marketing communications about Ryse products and features. You may opt out at any time. • Analyse website usage to improve the Platform and our marketing. • Comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases for processing under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") are your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate business interests.

4. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these circumstances: • Service providers: third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only process data on our instructions. • Business transfers: if Ryse is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy. • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ryse, our users, or the public.

5. International Transfers

Ryse is headquartered in Singapore. Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, consistent with the PDPA's requirements on overseas data transfers.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Data is retained for the duration of the contract and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website and analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate personal data. • Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis. • Request that we stop using your data for direct marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@rysecloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for business users and is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
