1. Who we are
This website (rysecloud.com, the "Site") is operated by Ryse Cloud Pte Ltd ("Ryse", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202611557W), registered address 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051.
2. Acceptance
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They don't govern your use of the Ryse platform itself, which is covered by a separate Order Form and, where applicable, a Revenue Share Agreement signed directly with Ryse.
3. Using the Site
You may browse the Site and use the enquiry/demo booking forms for their intended purpose. You agree not to: • scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site; • reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Site's underlying code or infrastructure; • use the Site's forms to submit false, misleading, or spam content; or • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Ryse name, logo, branding, text, graphics, and design — is owned by Ryse or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for normal personal or business reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Third-party brand names and logos referenced on the Site (for example, hotel brands) are used for illustrative or reference purposes only and don't imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we say otherwise.
5. No offer, no reliance
Content on the Site — including pricing indications, feature descriptions, and any ROI or savings estimates — is provided for general information only. It doesn't constitute a binding offer or contractual commitment, and shouldn't be relied on as such. Any actual commercial engagement with Ryse is governed by a signed Order Form and, where applicable, other written agreement. We try to keep Site content accurate and current but don't guarantee it's complete, error-free, or up to date at all times.
6. Privacy
Our use of personal data submitted through the Site (for example, via demo booking or contact forms) is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you also agree to that policy.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryse won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under Singapore law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at any given time applies. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
