Ryse engages the third parties listed below to process personal data on behalf of its customers in connection with the Services. Each is engaged under data protection obligations no less protective than those in Schedule B of the Ryse General Terms & Conditions, and Ryse remains responsible to its customers for their acts and omissions.
This page forms part of Schedule B and is maintained in accordance with clause DPA.6.3. Customers may consult it at any time.
GraniteStack Pty Ltd
Australia
Provides and operates the low-code platform on which the Ryse Platform and Customer storefronts are built, and delivers transactional email to end purchasers, including Product delivery and redemption notifications.
Trust My Travel Limited (trading as Repayd)
United Kingdom
Processes payments made by end purchasers for Products, collected by Ryse as the Customer's payment collection agent under clause 5A.
The country shown against each sub-processor is the jurisdiction of that legal entity. It does not by itself describe where personal data is stored or processed. Details of processing locations and the transfer safeguards applied under clause DPA.7 are available to customers on request.
Vendors that Ryse engages for its own purposes, such as its website and CRM, are not sub-processors under Schedule B and are described in the Privacy Policy.
